Shipping policy
Where we ship
We deliver to addresses in Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak) and Singapore.
Processing time
Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
After your order has shipped:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days
- Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 4–7 business days
- Singapore: 5–10 business days
These are estimates from our courier. Delivery can take longer during sales, festive seasons and bad weather.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Singapore orders
Orders to Singapore may be charged import GST or duties under Singapore rules. Any such charges are paid by the customer.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we can send it again once you pay the extra shipping.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived 7 business days after the latest estimated date, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we'll sort it out with the courier.
